In this administrative law case, the trial court set aside the Carrollton Civil Service Commissions decision to uphold the indefinite suspension of police officer Scott Steven Peters. The Commission contends that the trial court erred in concluding there was a conflict between the police regulation and the city administrative directive. We agree with the Commission that the trial court erred in finding a conflict between the police regulation and the city administrative directive. We reverse and render judgment for the appellants.
